Rhythmic Gymnastics Classes
Rhythmic Gymnastics is a program for girls ages 6 and up. It is the perfect form of exercise because it combines athleticism, grace and mental discipline. Rhythmic Gymnastics routines are choreographed to music involving body movements and dance with the use of the following equipment: Rope, Hoop, Ball, Clubs and Ribbon.
Rhythmic Academy of Marin has both competitive and recreational rhythmic programs for girls 5 years and older. Recreational girls perform at two annual shows for their parents and friends. Our classes are held in wonderful Osher Marin JCC Gymnasium and St. Vincent School Auditorium, both equipped with the rhythmic gymnastics carpets.

DRESS CODE
Leotards, shorts, leggings or sweatpants with t-shirts are appropriate. No oversize clothing. Girls may wear socks or gymnastic shoes. Hair must be pulled back from the face: bun, short ponytail and braid. Please leave all jewelry at home.
